After sitting on the market (with a highly rated agent) for months with no good deals (and one that fell through), I switched to Yisroel Weiss.Within a few days of re-listing with Yisroel, we had 3 offers!!!A week later we had a signed contract for 9% above the asking price, even in the current sluggish/cooling market and the high rates!!! (Not to mention that it was a much better deal than the original deal that fell through. The deal that he brought me left me with more money in my pocket even after paying him his well-deserved commission).It is now about 2 months after Yisroel took over the listing and we already closed!!!It has been a pleasure dealing with Yisroel. He is on top of his game, kept me informed every step in the process and is just a likeable and easy-going person.
