Tricia, is professional, a great communicator, and on top of every aspect of the sale.

Margaret represented my interests well in conversations with potential buyers and their agents. As the situation changed, she presented me with options and critical information allowing me to make informed decisions.

After working with MANY agents over the years, I finally found THE ONE. My wife and I, who are very attractive buyers, tried for an entire year to purchase a home in a competitive market to no avail - even when making offers WAY above asking. We tried with multiple agents, we tried on our own, and then we finally tried with John. John got it done for us and in our favorite home of them all. John's experience, desire to listen, negotiating skills, charisma, market knowledge, and genuine care for people are all 5 stars and we are convinced he was the difference maker! John develops strong relationships with clients and other agents quickly yet is not afraid to give direct feedback and take a firm position when needed. This was not my first adventure in real estate, and I have had good and bad experiences along the way; however, the perfect agent, John DiDio, has earned our family's business for good!! Thank you, John, for everything you did for us - we think of you often as we are settling in and enjoying our new home. We will never forget your role in this process and thank God for your support!

I really have to say that Carlos did a wonderful job, helping me find a home due to viewing of the home, as well as the closing as a real estate. He walked me all the way through holding my hand as a first time home by you. Yeah, making sure that I understood everything that was going on around me. And help me with the closing at the end of it. And what tops it off is when he really had flowers, it balloons, for me at the closing of the signing. I thank him so much for being a wonderful person. An honest person it helping me find the best home that was suitable for me
