Lori was always very professional. She gave us great advice, was very clear on what to expect, the fees and what to expect. It took so much anxiety off of me knowing that she was working so hard and representing us. I would highly recommend her.

Even though we have worked with Lori Sheehan before, and she had sold a home of ours in the past, my wife and I still went into this new process feeling a bit nervous and unsure of what to expect. Selling a home is never easy, and those familiar anxieties were right there with us. From the first conversation this time around, Lori once again exceeded every expectation we had for a realtor. Her warm, inviting, yet highly professional demeanor immediately set us at ease. She took the time to understand our concerns, walked us through every step, and made what once felt overwhelming suddenly feel manageable. Lori was incredibly accessible, always just a call or text away, and consistently offered clear, honest, and knowledgeable advice. Her expertise showed in every detail: from pricing strategy to preparing for showings. She leveraged her strong network and trusted contacts to streamline the entire process, saving us time, stress, and unnecessary obstacles. What truly amazed us was how efficient and effective she was. With just one busy weekend of open houses, Lori brought in serious buyers, generated strong interest, and ultimately got us a great deal at a price point we were thrilled about. Lori is personable, easy to work with, and genuinely invested in her clients’ success. We never felt like just another listing… she made us feel supported, heard, and cared for from start to finish. If you’re looking for a realtor with credibility, heart, and unmatched professionalism, I highly recommend Lori Sheehan. She once again turned a stressful time into a smooth and successful experience, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

We have worked with Lori Sheehan multiple times, including two home purchases, and she has sold two of our properties, most recently our home in Smithtown. She is an experienced realtor and is incredibly knowledgeable about the area, pricing our home perfectly. After just one weekend of open houses, we received numerous offers! Lori was excellent in negotiations, as evidenced by our quick timeline; we were in contract in just over two weeks and closed in less than three months! Lori went over and beyond to get things done. We had already relocated out of state and trusted Lori completely to handle everything. She exceeded our expectations and made the process smooth and stress-free. Lori communicated with us consistently, and she kept every party involved informed and on track. We are so grateful for Lori's hard work and look forward to working with her again in the future. Lori is an agent truly committed to achieving the best results for her clients. If you are looking to sell or purchase on Long Island, I would 100% recommend Lori Sheehan.
