David is a very patient, thoughtful, honest, knowledgeable and thorough agent as well as personable. You might say he’s the Clark Kent of RE agents.

Brenda answered our questions, had a good sense of humor, made sure things were set for showings, etc, helped answer questions about purchase offers,etc. I appreciated her checking in often by email and text.

When we first met David we looked at a lot of houses in Owatonna, Ellendale,Waseca and even Albert Lea. He went that extra mile for us and even when we put a hold on house hunting he never gave up on us and then we found the house we love. Anyone comes our way saying there looking for a house we will say call David Bauer right away. ( Thanks David for all you did for us )

David made purchasing a home easy and relaxing. He walked us through the process, explaining everything we were signing, answering our questions right away & kept us informed on everything that was happening including the progress with our mortgage loan application. Closing felt more like a visit with friends than a business event He has an easy going personality. & we appreciate all the work he put in to help us get into our home.

TL;DR: Tami helped us find and purchase the perfect home day 1. My wife and I were looking for a home in a broad radius (~45 min. or so) from where we work. Tami sat down with us a couple weeks before we landed jobs after moving back to the area, and kept us posted on all the homes matching the criteria we had laid out for a home. When we finally got jobs/approved for a loan in the ballpark we were looking for, Tami drove us over 35 minutes away to look at the homes in person, and added one she thought we might also be interested in so that we weren't missing anything. While seeing one home that my wife and I both liked, we'd heard there was an offer already put in that day. Seeing we were serious about the home, Tami immediately went back to the office, printed out forms for us to sign, talked through making a competitive offer, and had sent it in that same day. Turns out that was a very good thing for us, as another offer came in after we had looked at the house, but between the 3, our offer was accepted pending one or two changes, which Tami immediately took care of on our behalf. We couldn't be happier with the home, and we're SO thankful for everything Tami did to make this happen. Additionally, she is extremely competent as a realtor- knowledgeable about not only the forms and markets and whatnot, but also a bit about home inspections: basics of how things were constructed, what will need repairing soon, etc. One home we went to had a gas leak, she checked the filters in the furnace, and I think it was her that even made comments about needing to retool mortar joints... and various other things of that nature. So while there are more people moving into realty to make a quick buck but are not putting in the work to learn the field, Tami is a notable exception to that trend.
