A sudden life change in my mom’s life is what started the sequence of events that ended with the sale of her home. Rhonda was very knowledgeable and provided great guidance as my wife and I prepared the house for sale. She made herself available for any question that came up and offered to help/support at every stage. Rhonda was also very good at keeping me on task. There is a lot to do when selling a house you don’t live in that is also in another town. When the house was finally ready to show Rhonda took over and did a great job; it did not take long to find a buyer. Closing was effortless.
