Denise was always available, with a quick response to any of our questions or concerns. Because of her experience in real estate, was very knowledgeable in knowing the tendencies of perspective buyers when it comes to home sales. I had doubts putting our house on the market in November/December. I remember her saying, if you have a nice home, the time of year you sell shouldn’t make a difference. She was right.
