My dad unexpectedly passed away in July of 2025. I am the oldest of 5 children that he left behind and I am only 20 years old. He was not married at the time of his passing and had no end of life affairs in order because of his sudden death. I was left in charge of everything. I am also currently engaged and getting married this coming June. Because I am still a full-time college student, I work part-time, and I am planning our wedding; selling my Dad's house and our childhood home was something I was truly dreading. There were a few hiccups along the way; but Kat took care of them with ease before she made me worry about it. She always has my best interest at heart. I can't imagine what this process may have looked like if Kat Laxague wasn't my realtor. Our house was sold and closed on 65 days after it was listed. This selling process being so pain-free and quick due to Kat's expert experience has let me be able to focus on my future marriage and career. I am forever grateful for her and the individual she is.
