My elderly parents needed help with the sale of their long time home. Darren and Monica were very sensitive to their needs and kept me informed of all of the progress because I lived out of the state. The whole process went smoothly. The house was priced well for the area, sold and closed quickly. They make a great team and we would very highly recommend them to anyone!

Darren and Monica were consistently professional in their approach to the sale of our acreage. It was clear that they were on top of the latest market developments and were excellent in their communication. I would have liked to have an overview meeting of the process with both of them early on as it ended up being much more involved a process than in the past. However, that may have been my responsibility to be more pro-active on this point. We will certainly use them in the future and refer others to them.
