Real estate teams in Surfside Beach

Carol and Bill provided exceptional service throughout the real estate transaction, ensuring timely and clear communication. They were incredibly helpful in navigating the negotiations with the sellers’ realtor. I highly recommend Carol and Bill for any real estate transaction, whether you’re selling or buying.

Carol and Bill Burchfield were easily the best realtors we could have expected to assist us in selling our home. They helped us to the very end and made us feel very confident that we were in good hands throughout the whole process. They assured us that we could contact them anytime day or night with questions. Every part of the process was explained in detail and they were very knowledgeable of all the procedures. We highly recommend them to everyone that wants to buy or sell a home.

My wife and I live in California and decided to sell her home in Surfside Beach, SC. We had no contacts in the SC real estate market when we started this process. We received two referrals from neighbors to consider using Carol and Bill, Our first engagement was a 1.5 hour phone consultation regarding their strategy, process and overall thoughts on selling the home. As soon as we hung up the phone we knew this was the team we would trust selling our home. From the start, Carol and Bill were thorough, engaging and professional. Their ideas on ways to maximize the sales price in a VERY difficult market was extremely creative and effective. They kept us informed throughout the process and went above and beyond in their support. Just one example that comes to mind is when they drove to the house to make sure the thermostat was turned back on during a cold spell. They were in constant communication with us on the ever changing micro market which helped us refine our collective strategies and communication. In the end, we believe they were extremely instrumental in helping us secure an outstanding sales price and a smooth, speed bump free closing experience. If you are looking for a dynamic duo to support your real estate needs, look no further than Carol and Bill Burchfield!Jim and LillianLaguna Niguel, CA
