When it comes to selling and buying with Bob Smith I don't have enough good words to use about him. He had double duty with me as his client. He took each step, in both avenues, in terms that the buyer or seller (both roles that were mine) could understand; he even explained some steps that really should have come from other people involved in my purchasing my new home. He is approachable and helpful. He was the reason why I was able to buy my new home. When I ran into unexpected road blocks, he had the patience needed for the buy to happen on my timetable.
