I am a first time home buyer so I didn’t know what to look for and what questions to ask. Patrick guided me through the whole process. He fought for me and made sure that I understood everything. Four months after the house purchase, there was a permit issue from the previous seller. Patrick immediately took care of it and had any issues corrected.

We listed our house for sale unfortunately right as the market went stagnant but Kristy was extremely accommodating and supportive with reassurance that the house would sell. The positive attitude helped with having the house for sale much longer than expected.
