It was a true pleasure working with Hannah in purchasing my new home. She is very knowledgeable and was very good in explaining things to me and answering any questions that I had. She was very active in sending listings to me based on my preferences that we discussed when we first met. I can’t say enough about her professionalism. It was also evident that she genuinely cares for her clients and works very hard in finding the perfect home for her clients. I would strongly recommend her to anyone. If I ever decide to purchase again, she will be the first person I will call.

I want everyone to know about my experience with my Relator Hannah Drake. Hannah is an expert in her field for sure! I was so impressed since our first in person conversation. She was so knowledgeable, asking appropriate questions from the sellers, questions I would not have known to ask. Although I stood there by myself, I was not alone. Hannah coordinated everything in a timely manor and everything she thought of, she communicated it with me. Communication was an important factor with me because of working as a Travel Nurse. Hannah stopped at nothing to ensure that I knew what was being done and if anything came up, she was on top of it! For a first time homebuyer, I felt like this process went by really quick because Hannah Drake made everything look easy. If you are looking for great communication, transparency, home buying expertise, and an overall homebuying experience, PLEASE Contact Hannah Drake 843-864-6037 or drakehomes71@gmail.com. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for Hannah Drake. Again what was most important to me, she was very thorough in explaining everything, there was never a moment of questioning her actions. Even after my purchase, I thought it was over, no she stayed in contact providing me with contacts for services that she knew I would need for my newly purchased home! Thank you Hannah Drake!

This was my first time buying a house, it definitely is a stressful thing just as much as it is exciting! But let me tell you, Hannah did such an amazing job keeping me as much informed as she could, staying on top of every single document, call, email, etc, she provided me with so much reassurance, that I knew it was all going to be alright in the end! We closed on time, even week earlier! I'm confident when I say I WILL be recommending Hannah, as a real estate agent, to anyone who needs help with buying a house!!! Thank you again, for your business, professionalism and competence!!!

Rita is the best realtor in the low country, she’s very knowledgeable and has a great team.

While on a three day vacation in Charleston, Rita went out of her way to line up showings, open houses, and tours. Rita knows SC very well and had tons of insight for us as new to the area buyers. We were under contract before we boarded our flight back to MI!Rita is personable, friendly, and an absolute pit bull negotiator. We’re so thankful we had her in our corner. Do yourself a favor and give her a call!

Rita is amazing! She is a very knowledgeable Real Estate agent with exceptional business acumen! She really knows how to get the best for her clients and goes above and beyond in her role as agent! We have used her in the past to buy a house; she really stuck with us showing us over 50 places before we found the one. This time around was no different. I had to sell my mother's home after her passing. Rita was sensitive to the issues and how hard this would be. She never pushed and was very supportive throughout the process. I wish everyone I encountered had the communication skills she does! She kept us informed regularly throughout the process and did not stop until the job was done! Rita was able to turn one low-ball offer into two really strong ones and made sure we got the best deal out there! The house was sold quickly and she was able to protect the time we needed to clear it out. Her negotiation skills cannot be outmatched. Again, she managed to get us a full-price, cash offer within the first week on the market! Rita has gone above and beyond helping us through this difficult time. She even brought her own bedspreads to help dress up some of the spare bedrooms. She also went out of her way to retrieve some mail that got sent to the house after it was sold. I cannot explain how truly valuable she is as an agent! In addition to her business and real estate savvy, Rita is a wonderful, kind, and caring person. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
