My wife and I have lived in many places in the United States and have also lived out of the country. In fact, we have bought and sold eleven residential properties in our over sixty years of marriage. Our most recent collaboration with Dacia Allen and her team was the best experience we have had in all these years. From our initial meeting until the closing everything was handled in a most professional manner. Her market knowledge was up to date and accurate and her communications were timely and very helpful. She was/is the best ever!

Nickey and team quickly brought us a very competitive offer on our lot sale. Unfortunately due to "buyers remorse" the buyer wanted out. Nickey did a great job of negotiating an out. Upon completion of the negotiated out, Nickey and team was quite valuable in wrapping up the competing back up offer. Great outcome for a difficult situation for all involved.
