We settled on a plan to build our new house and Becki found us the perfect lot. She guided us through the purchasing, financing, lot permitting, clearing and development requirements. Knowing our house plans, Becki found a similar existing house which was fresh on the market place. In a few hours we toured the house, and in a few more hours we placed an offer which was accepted the next morning. All this on a Sunday afternoon! Becki continued her exceptional service and sound advice to the last step of closings. We noticed she prevented hassles by being on top of the details and reminding the other services involved of schedule requirements.
