We decided to move to South Carolina and liked the Lake Murray area. With Becki Ashby as our Realtor we benefited by her professionalism and knowledge of all things realty. We settled on a plan to build our new house and Becki found us the perfect lot. She guided us through the purchasing, financing, lot permitting, clearing and development requirements. Becki found us a builder being mindful of the steps involved. We wanted to keep our options open and had not fully committed to building yet. Knowing our house plans, Becki found a similar existing house which was fresh on the market place. In a few hours we toured the house, and in a few more hours we placed an offer which was accepted the next morning. All this on a Sunday afternoon! Becki continued her exceptional service and sound advice to the last step of closings. We noticed she prevented hassles by being on top of the details and reminding the other services involved of schedule requirements. We are most impressed by Becki’s full attention to our needs, her endless energy, knowledge, resources, and warm demeanor. Oh, by the way, Becki Ashby sold our unused building lot the next month!
