Krissy and her team came in and renovated our unit to include an extra bedroom and transformed the master tub/ shower to a beautiful standup shower! They also replaced outdated kitchen counter tops with new Quartz solid surface, tile backsplash and kitchen faucet. All the work was seamless and very well managed. With many units in the same subdivision sitting on the market for months, We were under contract in 4 days! She handled all the marketing, taking wonderful shots of all the new work, and staging the townhome.
