Earlier this year (2019), my fiancée and I were exploring the possibility of relocating to the Bluffton/Hilton Head are. We fell in love with the area and was very curious as to what the housing market had to offer. As we were leaving to return home (to Atlanta), we made the decision to take a look at an open house in one of the communities. At this open house was when we met John Coulter. John was extremely friendly, professional, and informative when addressing our questions and exploring our options. We were very impressed that John reached out to us immediately after the open house, but more-so to offer himself as a resource. Eventually, we scheduled home tours with him a few weeks later and ultimately purchased a home! John’s multi-faceted background (mortgage, real estate, etc.) was a great asset for us when we had questions about anything. It was also helpful that if John didn’t know the answer to a question or problem, he knew someone that could answer for us. John also was willing to call us on weekends, reach out to us “after-hours”, and truly advised us to make the best decision for our future. We also appreciated the fact that he would review documents for us and give his best advice/interpretation, as we all know real estate documents can be very confusing. Never once did we ever feel pressured by him to buy a home and he was completely forthcoming about the good, bad, and ugly of home ownership. We highly recommend John Coulter and we would give him 11 stars out of 10 if there was an option!

Kelli was top notch. She was in tune with my every need(I was NEEDY, picky, and would not settle). Gave honest feedback when needed and didn’t rush a sale. Even after the sale, when issues arose because of the seller, Kelli jumped on it. Veteran friendly and knowledgeable. In the future, I will ONLY do business with Kelli, be it selling or buying. I was the buyer. It won’t let me change from Seller. 🤷🏽‍♂️
