We found Tom Bulcock through great references from other homeowners in HHI area. This was our first house we bought in SC so it was very helpful to us how very knowledgeable Tom is about the market and every aspects of the house. Tom is very friendly and a great communicator. He laid things out very clearly for us. Tom is also very hands-on. He proactively offered to attend all the walkthroughs and facetimed us when we can't be present. Overall a great experience we've had working with Tom.

Wow!.... That is all I can say. Never did we think that our lot would list, sell, close in 14 days. This was a seller's dream!! Mr. Coulter knew the market and worked diligently with his contacts and was able to find us a buyer in matter of weeks. We are beyond thrilled and impressed with John's thoroughness, proactiveness and professionalism.
