We had several repairs to be made prior to placing on the market, and she recommended/found vendors to take care of each item (appliances, HVAC replacement, plumbing, cleaning, clean-out). We were out-of-state sellers, and Janet traveled on-site to meet each vendor and monitor their work. She guided us market value and pricing in a pragmatic and understanding manner, as condo (though inheritance) was owned by 6 parties. She was patient, organized open houses and was with us every step of the way. When it came contract and closing time, she coordinated with us, the buyers agent, HOA and attorneys from both sides of the deal - in a complete and efficient manner. There were issues along the way, none trigger by Janet - and she helped us navigate each one. Janet is top notched realtor. My wife and I have purchased and sold several properties over the years and I can say without reservation Janet is one of the best if not the best, and I recommend her without reservation.
