Jeff worked beyond our expectations, but we weren't surprised by that. This search and eventual transaction was long distance for us-we being from Pa. searching for a home in Myrtle Beach. His personality and very thorough approach took the anxiety out of purchasing a home, let alone doing it from long distance. He established a collaboration center where we were able to view homes that fit within our parameters. This made it very easy to establish a base of homes we were interested in. After we ranked our top 5 he spent the time to visit each home and provided a written critique. So when we made the trip to myrtle we pretty much knew what we wanted when we visited homes. His knowledge and approach was second to none. Just made it go smoothly-providing insight, making us ask questions, playing out scenarios, etc. He was very methodical taking us through each step of the process right to close.
