Mac is absolutely amazing to work with. She communicated everything quickly and professionally. She went above and beyond to make sure we made it to closing as quickly as possible. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Strongly recommend using her as your realtor as she has both sold a home for us and helped us buy one, she is great on both fronts.

I’ve known eddye for 4 years. She was my agent when I moved to the area to buy a home, so I again solicited her help when it came time to sell that same home a few years later. When we purchased the home in 2022, the market was very tricky and it was difficult to find the right home at the right price. She guided us through the whole process and helped us find the perfect home, which we were able yo get at list price. A few years later, she helped us sell the home and it went much quicker than any home around us in a market that had completely flipped, and for the price we were asking for. Eddye used the best photographers, home inspectors, and services I’ve ever come across. She had a vast knowledge of the CSRA housing market and is just so good all around. If you’re not using eddye for your home buying/selling in the Augusta area you are missing out! 12/10.

As a first-time homebuyer, there were a lot of stressors that crossed my mind at just the idea of purchasing a home. Having Cathi as an agent not only dissolved these concerns but made the home buying journey interesting and enjoyable. Cathi was attentive to my criteria, patient with my search, and dedicated to making sure I found my dream home. She was mindful of homes that lacked or fulfilled certain needs and wants. Even while recovering from knee surgery, she made every effort possible to make sure I was shown houses; there was never a time that I wanted to see a house and was not able to. Beyond her wise advise and perspective, Cathi is a pleasant person to be around. She is kind, well-mannered, and considerate even in every-day conversation. Throughout the complicated homebuying experience, Cathi made each step simple and explained everything in ways I could understand as a first-time buyer. Throughout the experience, Cathi made sure MY best interests were at heart. She would advise against houses she suspected issues with, gave exhaustive information whenever it was available, and empowered me to make informed considerations. She made a stressful process feel the way it should- like an exciting adventure bridging to a beautiful new life experience and milestone. I couldn't have asked for a better agent, and anyone who is fortunate enough to have her as their agent can breathe a sigh of relief.
