She and her team handled my home sale efficiently, professionally, and with exceptional precision from start to finish. At the time of my listing, the average on market time for the area was 90+ days. With Vikki, Brandi and her team, my home was sold within 30 days of listing. Advertising and strategy was communicated and coordinated instantly and effectively, and the entirety of the sale process was handled for me, often ahead of schedule. Contractor and fix-it work was scheduled fast and priced to maintain as much profit for me as possible. 10/10 experience, don’t take a chance anywhere else.

The first moment I met with Brandi, I knew I was in good hands. Brandi stayed as long as she needed to make me feel comfortable, to make everything clear to better understand the process. She helped by giving me tips in house prepping . She also brought things to the house to stage the house to make it look better. Brandi and her team were always available to answer all the crazy questions I may have during this process. From the time I met her to the time the house was sold was approximately 35 days. Im definitely pleased with the entire selling, closing process and will request Brandi and her team to help with the buying on my next house hunting adventure.

Brandi Cook is exceptional! From the day I called to discuss listing my home until the day of closing, Ms. Cook advised, encouraged, and kept me posted of every detail during the entire sales process. I was amazed with the beautiful and professional brochures, photos, and videos which highlighted the best features of my home. And even as we faced a few setbacks with buyer contingencies and inspection issues, Brandi kept the process on track, and helped me remain positive. She even went out of her way on several occasions to ensure issues were taken care of, since I had already relocated to another state! Only use the BEST realty company when buying or selling your home in the CSRA -- reliable, honest, and dedicated -- that's Brandi Cook and Vikki Crossland of the Aiken Homes Team!
