Carole Beckum, Vice President and Broker Associate, at Meybohm Real Estate in Aiken, South Carolina has over 18 years experience in the growing real estate market. Carole is a graduate of Clemson Univeristy where she received her BS in Parks, Recreation & Tourism Management. She loves to experience the outdoors and enjoys camping around the Southeast with her family. Carole also held several teaching positions and brings those organizational skills to her real estate business. Since becoming a member of the Meybohm family, Carole has earned a spot in the President’s Club each year. Carole has many years of real estate experience in the CSRA. She brings a warm and inviting attitude to her business and has a great rapport with her clients and their families. Along with Carole comes 2 other team members, Les Stahl and Ginger Hudock, to help provide a strong leadership team. Ginger Hudock is a licensed agent with the Carole Beckum Team and has lived in the Aiken area since 1984. Her eclectic background includes degrees in vocal performance, finance and nutrition. She was Vice Chancellor for Business and Finance at USC Aiken for 25 years before taking early retirement. As an empty-nester herself, Ginger especially enjoys working with clients who are planning to downsize for the second half of life. Her financial background has also prepared her to work with investors. In her spare time Ginger writes about home, health and happiness at her blog, www.GingerHudock.com as well as on-line at TheMighty.com, Joyful Living Magazine, Aiken Bella Magazine and other magazines and websites. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Mead Hall Episcopal School, on the City of Aiken Senior Advisory Council and as a Stephen Leader at her church. Ginger also enjoys acting and singing with the Aiken Community Theater and in local choirs along with her husband, Douglas Hudock.

Les Stahl, is a licensed REALTOR who has had the privilege of working with and for Carole Beckum since 2012. Since joining the Meybohm family Les has served as a member of the Beckum Team as Carole’s licensed professional assistant. Prior to entering the real estate profession Les had the privilege and honor of serving his country as a veteran of the United States Army and a member of the National Security Agency (NSA) for 45 years. Les has lived in Aiken since 2011 and in his spare time volunteers with the Meals on Wheels Program as well as a volunteer varsity basketball coach at South Aiken High School. In addition, he officiates military basketball on Fort Gordon, Georgia, as well as semipro basketball in the East Coast Basketball League (ECBL). The best aspect of real estate for Les is assisting Carole’s clients in attaining all of their real estate needs and goals!
