In a competitive housing market, the stress around buying and selling a home is high. Mark and Jeff helped us navigate this stress with confidence, professionalism, and diligence. They were clearly not just trying to do their job through the least effort like agents I have used in the past, they paid attention to the details, asked questions we didn't think to ask, and had the industry knowledge to know what needed to happen when and how to get things done the right way. I would recommend them to anyone. They know what they are doing and are engaged with you constantly even when you may be a little annoying because you're stressed. What an awesome experience from the start to the finish of this process. Mark was consistently answering my questions. I’ll any issues and guiding us in the right direction. He was always reachable no matter where we were at. It’s such a joy to work with Mark and his organization. I am now having family who are thinking about relocating with us and he’s the first person I told him to call. He is such a good man.

Marianne was everything we could have hoped for in a real estate agent. She spent time getting to know us and what we were looking for. She always listened to our concerns and did everything she could to address those concerns. She shared potential plans for renovations/outbuildings, called in experts on erosion, docks, septics, and general contracting. In almost all cases, she was several steps ahead of us on potential hurdles and had solutions lined up before we realized what we needed, before and after the sale! She was extremely responsive, and took the lead on much of the leg work needed to make the deal work. It’s important to note that at one point we walked away from the deal. We felt no pressure from her, rather she indicated she just wanted what would make us happy. She immediately pivoted to trying to find alternatives for us to consider. She had a lot of patience with us, but ultimately helped us to make the decision that was best for us. She truly walked by our side throughout the process. We have said she was “the secret sauce” to us owning the beautiful home we have today. She is the best agent we have had by far. We highly recommend!

Hace unas 2 semanas compré mi casa y Yessica fue la que me ayudó. Me comuniqué con ella y a los 3 días ya estábamos felices mi esposo y yo porque ya nos habían aprobado el crédito. Me gusta que es muy amable y carismática, con ella no estás aburrida y me contestó cualquier pregunta que yo tenía a la hora que fuera, por ejemplo, a las 11 PM. Yessica had an amazing communication style, and her negotiation skills were off the charts. Overall it was nice having an agent who is bilingual she kept my family and I up to speed in the whole housing process. My dad only speaks Spanish so it was nice having someone like Yessica to communicate with him about all that was going on.
