Marianne was everything we could have hoped for in a real estate agent. She spent time getting to know us and what we were looking for. She always listened to our concerns and did everything she could to address those concerns. She shared potential plans for renovations/outbuildings, called in experts on erosion, docks, septics, and general contracting.
