I got lucky when I found Joetta Talford in an internet search for a Realtor. When I initially reached out to her and left a message, she called me back within minutes. We discussed what type of home I was looking to buy and pertinent timelines. Soon after, Joetta took the time to facilitate and accompany me on tours of several homes and helped me with tough decisions. She exceeded every expectation I had of what a Realtor should be… knowledgeable, professional, kind, and responsive to say the least. Her extensive knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and calm guidance made the whole process so easy and stress free. Joetta listened carefully to what I wanted, offered thoughtful advice, and advocated for me at every step. I always felt informed and supported. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their clients, Joetta Talford is the perfect choice. Ten out of ten, highly recommend!!
