I have had the pleasure of working with Noah when I sold my house last year. He was very knowledgeable in the market pricing and giving me feedback on how to show the house to its highest potential. I got over asking price and in a very short amount of time. She shared information regarding what comparable houses recently sold for, and she knows what buyers are looking for. I followed her suggestions and directions to prep, stage, and show the house.
