Beth came recommended to us from another realtor. We saw several other realtors and when we met Beth, my wife and I immediately knew Beth would find us our home. She came prepared to our first meeting as we threw question after question at her. If she didn't know the answer, we had a response within 3 hours. She was always willing to meet us on our terms (as we were coming in from out of town) and always seemed to work her schedule to accommodate ours. It was obvious from the beginning that she was hard working and was well connected to the community because she had at least 3 people that she had worked with before (inspections, attorneys, etc.) that she would recommend and why, but always let us decide without question (unless she had a really bad experience with a certain company). Our closing day was a breeze because Beth obviously did a lot of behind the scenes work. Even after closing, she fielded questions and was available for whatever we needed. We could not recommend Beth enough to a potential buyer and we strongly stand behind Beth's exceptional work ethic.

Cristina was nothing but a professional throughout the entire process. She understood the market very well, kept our best interest in sight at all times and advised of all legal considerations, even when we were unaware. Our last realtor was reactive and aloof. Wayne was extremely informative and really stepped outside of the box to aid us in determining what we should list our home for. We live in a rural area and it’s hard to find compatible comps.
