This is my second home bought with Doug. He always goes above and beyond to make the process smooth and easy. I truly feel like he has our back and everything gets done very efficiently with him. Beyond that, he is super accessible. I text him to see if he has a few minutes to chat and really no matter when, he gives me an instant call back and answers my questions. We will be continuing to work with Doug for any future house purchases or even sales! You can’t go wrong with him and you’ll really feel like you have someone very reliable on your side to help you pick and buy the right house, and deliver on everything required to close.

We enjoyed working with Jan. She worked tirelessly to sell our home and consistently looked for new ways to reach out to potential buyers in a tough market. That change in the market, made it difficult to price the property accurately. Jan went above and beyond what is expected in a realtor. She was determined, motivated and always had a positive attitude. We would highly recommend her.

Will was in contact with us almost daily. His knowledge of real estate was very helpful. We felt he was fair to us and also the buyer. We would recommend him to any seller or buyer. He did not try to sway us in any way--just presented the facts and encouraged us to make the best decisions to fit with our circumstances. Very patient.

That Krissy was knowledgeable & experienced. Moving here from S.C. she proceeded to tell me she was also licensed in S.C. & also had a builders license. She devoted a lot of time explaining the difference in S.C. RE law & N.C. RE law, found me the right house & I purchased it sight unseen. I will happily refer Krissy to my friends & family.
