I first contacted Dawon in 2018 to help my mom downsize into a smaller home; after a couple of weeks, my mom decided to stay. Dawon answered all of our questions, comforted us in our doubts, and strategically managed to get our homes on the market and sold within our timelines. She dealt with three different "demanding buyers" and their agents, she fought and negotiated for us when we wanted to throw in the towel.
