Harrison went above and beyond to create the best first home buying experience possible. Houses in the area and price range that I was looking at were selling the second they got the market. Harrison did an incredible job to keep me informed on great homes to ensure I could get my foot in the door to see if it felt like home. Nicole Clyncke knows what she’s doing. She’s knowledgeable about the area where the house is going up for sale because she does her research. She shared information regarding what comparable houses recently sold for, and she knows what buyers are looking for. I followed her suggestions and directions to prep, stage, and show the house.
