I introduced myself with a phone call, since she was referred by a friend, and from the phone call I knew she would be the best support for my home-buying experience. She had the energy and knowledge required to guide a first-time homebuyer. I really enjoyed working with her because when I had many questions, she would provide an answer or go looking for one if she did not know. She made herself available at anytime and any day. In addition to that, she knew when to get down to business to schedule a showing or when to relax and enjoy the stressful process. I have known Joyce Presley for nearly 25 years. We worked together when I was a real estate broker from 2002 until 2008. She is truly a resourceful and caring real estate broker. I cannot imagine having to go through such a difficult sale with anyone else but Joyce, so when it came time to list our personal home for sale and to buy another home in North Carolina, we chose Joyce Presley again!
