We were quite anxious about the process to sell our home in Charlotte. Throughout the entire process Gina and her team took ownership of every aspect and guided us, constantly keeping communications channels open and active (special thanks to Kirsten!). From staging the house to taking pictures, from marketing the property to reaching a deal with the buyers, Gina managed everything professionally and with our best interest in mind. I cannot say enough great things about Tammy Copeland! She is extremely proactive in getting things done that need to be to be done. We had multiple roadblocks with mine being a 2nd home condo and dealing with HOA but she fought for me every step of the way. She even started a marketing campaign to get me the exact location I wanted. Her communication was spot on and extremely response and I can be pretty demanding. I could not be more happy about the property I purchased and could not have done it so stress free without Tammy.
