My wife and I were living in Columbia, SC when we contacted Matt about the possibility of relocating to the Greenville area. My wife was originally from the Greenville area and I am from Spartanburg, but as we have been in the midlands for a few years we weren't sure where we wanted to be. Matt worked with us very early on to narrow down what we were looking for and kept in contact with us along the way, as our advocate and not as a "salesman". He sent us properties, took our feedback, and sent more. When we were finally ready to start looking at properties, Matt made himself available at our convenience, and was very patient in taking us on showings, explaining all of the pros and cons and keeping our best interest in mind. Overall, he made our home buying experience stress free and gave us knowledge and confidence. Matt has a client for life with us!
