My wife and I were living in Columbia, SC when we contacted Matt about the possibility of relocating to the Greenville area. At the time of our initial conversation we were months away from actually making any sort of move, but that didn't stop Matt from starting his work for us. My wife was originally from the Greenville area and I am from Spartanburg, but as we have been in the midlands for a few years we weren't sure where we wanted to be. When we were finally ready to start looking at properties, Matt made himself available at our convenience, and was very patient in taking us on showings, explaining all of the pros and cons and keeping our best interest in mind.
