Further, she was looking out for my best interest. While looking at houses, she was looking for building issues and red flags I wouldn't have even thought about. When we found a home to put an offer on - she made sure the contract worked in my favor, she negotiated/fought for my needs, and she double checked others contributions to make sure the work was done correctly.
