We were referred to Iris by our realtor in Tenn. where we had just sold our house so we knew we were in good hands in finding a place in Myrtle Beach, a place we knew nothing about, in terms of areas to buy a house. So we started riding around with Iris looking at houses, plantations, waterfronts, everywhere. She knows the area very well. We felt very comfortable right off the bat with Iris. We looked forward to our trips here with her. Phone calls and texts were immediately answered and to this day, a month after buying a house I still text her with questions and she has always been there for us. Iris is full of energy, upbeat, easy to talk to and really wants to help you make hard decisions. At one point the stress was too much and I started tearing up so she gave me a big hug and told me everything was OK. Really needed that. Both my husband and I feel Iris is more of a friend than a realtor. Would definitely recommend her to help you buy or sell your house.

In a word Iris was GREAT, but since I have to write 150 characters in order to post an excellent review for her in which she wholeheartedly deserves her goes Iris was fantastic. Her knowledge of the area is outstanding. Iris ability to guide us through the remote closing made everything very easy given my total cluelessness of computer and wire transfers. Iris kept us abreast of every step of the process in a timely manner and her personality was outstanding filled with the right mix of integrity intelligence and humor. Whenever you need to buy or sell a home Iris is the one to get the job done

Iris did an outstanding job with our 1st time buying a home in South Carolina. She truly went above and beyond to make our home buying experience the best! If we could, we would give her 100 stars!!! She was with us from step one to even after we where in our new home with providing me with all of the names and phone numbers to the local internet, water and electric companies to get everything set up. If you are EVER in need for a Real Estate Agent in the Myrtle Beach Area, do not HESITATE .....Call Iris!!

Rachel was very knowledgeable about the local market and set the proper expectations with us. She was very responsive and helpful.

Rachel’s communication during our transaction was absolutely flawless from the beginning to the very end. Found her understanding of the market and her approach to marketing our condo to be absolutely flawless. She helped us navigate through a series of unreasonably low offers and coached us through the counter process that ended up getting us what we feel to be the maximum value for our unit. When the time comes we will not be looking any further for a realtor in the Myrtle Beach area
