After narrowing down my searches, he was diligent and aggressive in the offering process. He made sure I got the best deal possible and took no shortcuts in ensuring the sellers did their part and met the expectations. He also put a lot of effort to keep me looped in on all updates that occurred from a distance, and gave me excellent references on people to contact for funding. His knowledge of the area, the people, and the community really stood out and made it a 10/10 experience. I would recommend anyone who wants to explore property in SC or NC to give Dean the reigns and let him prove himself like he did to me.
