Susan is a dedicated and responsive realtor. When we listed our home, she gave us sound advice, such as replace flooring and apply fresh paint to walls. She was helpful in getting the flooring installed and getting the walls painted promptly. I appreciated her feedback on color swatches as well as her knowledge of local professional installers. After the updates, she immediately posted new photos on Zillow, and voila! We got an offer. From the initial listing to the closing, Susan answered every question honestly and quickly. I give her my highest recommendation.
