We recently sold and bought a home in Summerville. Rhonda was the apitome of professionalism and so down to earth. She worked so very hard for us. We dealt with a couple bumps in the road but she was very much in our corner. I could not have been happier with having Rhonda on our side!

We met Rhonda at an open house she was hosting and immediately felt that this was the person we wanted to use to help us (my husband and I) find a house. Since we were relocating to the area from Florida, we weren't aware of some of the nuances with buying a house in SC. We had been in contact with a few agents before meeting Rhonda, but none of them were someone we wanted to sign on with. It took us several months to find our house and during these crazy Covid times houses were selling instantly. It was very stressful. Since we were ultimately buying from Florida, time was of the essence and we didn't have the opportunity to drive to SC to look at each house as they came on the market. This is where Rhonda became our eyes and ears. She was right on top of houses as they entered the market and provided us virtual FaceTime showings even going as far as driving the roads we would take to get to a particular house so that we could see the surrounding area. She went above and beyond to make sure we got to see as much as we needed and never rushed us through a showing. Once we found our perfect house (via FaceTime showing), she navigated us through the entire offer and sale and ultimately closing with ease. It was the easiest house buying experience we have ever made. We highly recommend Rhonda to anyone. This girl rocks!

When we chose Rhonda to list our house we already knew that she would do a great job. Rhonda had all of our marketing and photos ready before it hit the market. We received a full price offer and the house had barely been on the market 24 hours. Rhonda pays attention to the tiny details and makes sure she takes her clients to the closing table with a smooth transaction. We were already out of state, Rhonda went beyond our expectations with meeting the inspector, appraiser and repairman at our home. We would highly recommend Rhonda Davis for any buying or selling real estate transaction.

We were very fortunate to be able to work with Craig on our new home purchase. He was very patient and accommodating and helped us choose a great home. We would highly recommend Craig to anyone who needs a great Agent to help them maneuver through the home buying process.

Craig which is my realaror was a person that loves his job. He goes out of his way to make tou feel comfortable on selecting a home for yourself. He is there for any questions you have and if he doesent have the answers he will find them. If you decide to look for a home use Craig he will help you every step of the way.

Craig was always fantastic to work with. He helped me understand what to look for at a showing, talked with me about prices and materials, and when he didn't know the answer to a question, he wasn't afraid to admit it and quickly help me find the answer through his network. I also really appreciated how he was more than happy to help me out and make the drive for showings despite the fact that I was looking mainly in areas pretty far outside his home territory. The best part was how he managed to fit in the showing for my new home as a last minute addition on a Friday when I saw it pop up on the day of another showing we had in the area. And I'm incredibly grateful that he did!
