In this market, patience is the name of the game and this girl has patience!

We met Rhonda at an open house she was hosting and immediately felt that this was the person we wanted to use to help us (my husband and I) find a house. Since we were relocating to the area from Florida, we weren't aware of some of the nuances with buying a house in SC. We had been in contact with a few agents before meeting Rhonda, but none of them were someone we wanted to sign on with. It took us several months to find our house and during these crazy Covid times houses were selling instantly. It was very stressful. Since we were ultimately buying from Florida, time was of the essence and we didn't have the opportunity to drive to SC to look at each house as they came on the market. This is where Rhonda became our eyes and ears. She was right on top of houses as they entered the market and provided us virtual FaceTime showings even going as far as driving the roads we would take to get to a particular house so that we could see the surrounding area. She went above and beyond to make sure we got to see as much as we needed and never rushed us through a showing. Once we found our perfect house (via FaceTime showing), she navigated us through the entire offer and sale and ultimately closing with ease. It was the easiest house buying experience we have ever made. We highly recommend Rhonda to anyone. This girl rocks!
