Lisa is by far one of the best real estate agents you will work with. She does her homework and helps to set an attractive price with a related marketing plan. She sold our house in 24 hours over the asking price. From there the process was worry free. Lisa is very connected in the Charleston community and can quickly make anything happen - appraisals, closing attorney, repairs, move out, etc. The best thing about Lisa is that she truly cares about her clients and will jump through hoops to create a pleasant experience.
