Dicky lived up to his reputation as a professional realtor who is knowledgable about the market. What really stood out, however, was his willingness to take on the job of digging into and straightening out some unusual problems related to this old house. He was patient and able to explain to me what needed to be done in terms I could understand. Taking this on would have been a nightmare for me, if possible at all.
