What really stood out, however, was his willingness to take on the job of digging into and straightening out some unusual problems related to this old house. He was patient and able to explain to me what needed to be done in terms I could understand. Taking this on would have been a nightmare for me, if possible at all.

Hello and good afternoon, I am thrilled to share with you my incredible experience with my realtor, Mr. Dicky Miler. I was selling a piece of property, land, and was unsure of where to turn. I reached out to a neighbor at the time, but she didn't know anything about land sales, so she sent me an email and basically fired me (🤷🏻‍♀️). Mr. Dicky is the kind of realtor everyone needs on their side. Most realtors I've met are just in it for the money, but Mr. Dicky was in it to help me. He knew I had never sold anything before. He also sold my home for me, within a day as well. Thank you, Mr. Dicky, for everything you did for me. Now I can say you're not just my realtor but my friend.

We found a home we wanted in October, and immediately thought of Dicky Miler. Dicky handled numerous real estate transactions for our children and was the only one we trusted to get the job done. He helped us navigate the maze of home buying paperwork. He was also tasked with selling our current home quickly, which he did. It was listed in November and we closed in December. When the buyers wanted to take an early possession, he even helped with the moving. It is a pleasure working with him and his team.
