I wish there were more than five stars to give Jim! He is the most professional and kind real estate agent that I have met. I would highly recommend him to all those who are looking to buy a home or looking to sell their home. He is very understanding, patient, Accommodating, and just a great all around human being. I first started off with the agent who was hired to sell my property. Later on during the process, I found that she was not a good fit to complete the task. Jim came into the picture and gave 110% of his time and effort to get my home in North Carolina sold while I was in Tennessee. He always kept me informed of what is going on and processes that need to be taken. you will be very happy for the services that you hired him for in the real estate realm. 💯

A Smooth Process…

Therese helped us sell our condo and made the experience proceed smoothly even though we live out of state, necessitating almost everything be done long distance. She managed everything on the ground and kept us updated throughout. Therese was very familiar with our complex and our town, being a local resident herself. She had a very good sense of the market and guided us along the way. Therese was easy to reach whenever we had questions and she moved the whole process along from listing to closing efficiently and with an upbeat manner.
