I will never be able to fully express the appreciation I have to Stephanie for essentially being an epic hero in my house buying process. I started out aggressive, touchy, stressed and frankly an all out pain in the butt. I was expecting a huge amount of turmoil in buying a home, as it was new and scary territory for me. She ensured it was as easy and smooth as humanly possible in every single way from start to finish. There was not a single step that I can point out and say was hard, because she was right there beside us making sure it was not. Stephanie worked with me and my family in a way that best worked for my crazy schedule. Stephanie knew our must-haves and would-likes down to a science and cut out any listings that would be wasteful to the time we had to see them. Stephanie also kept me firmly grounded. When I would ogle the frivolous, such as crown molding or the wood flooring, she kept it real. She made sure I was aware of potential disasters... like an old leak that was never repaired, uneven flooring that could signify a much bigger problem, roof lines that were not quite right, etc. To this day, over a year later, she has continued to be my ally. When I need a recommendation about a repair or service, she never hesitates to get back to me with a stellar suggestion. If I just have a random question, she is superfast to respond. I really could not be more grateful that she was the one selected for my first-time home-buying experience.

Wishing I can put more than 5 stars in all categories. Rob is a fantastic (numerous positive adjectives belong here too)realtor, in my opinion he goes beyond most realtors!! I will never need to find another realtor... i will partner up w him on any real estate I am involved in. Ms. Sarrin (his wife) is just as fantastic, such a fabulous team. If I hear any conversation of real estate I will be 100% pushing to use Warfield & Co... should you also choose them... I promise you will be as pleased as I.

From start to finish he was professional, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. He communicated clearly, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to make the whole experience easy and stress-free. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it really shows in the quality of his work and the way he treats people. I would definitely recommend David to anyone you won’t be disappointed.
