Rob is hands down the best realtor in the area. He takes his time to get to know what you like and then prescreens available houses to find ones we would like, saving us a huge amount of time. When we decided to have one built by a developer, Rob was there every step of the way, even helping us negotiate the best price with the builder. When we had problems with the builder over mistakes in the design or with contract issues, Rob was right there to negotiate a quick resolution that worked in our favor each time. Rob has a keen sense for details and knows when he needs to step in to resolve issues, day or night. Rob attended every single meeting and inspection with the builder to ask all questions we didn't know to ask. Rob checked their work to ensure it was correct, and accompanied us to our closing with a list of items he found that needed to be corrected. We have bought 12 homes in our lifetime. Rob's professionalism, attention to detail, and committed service made this home purchase the smoothest and most stress free we have ever had.
