Dena was incredibly helpful and SO patient while we spent hours trying to decide which house would be ours. She never rushed us, gave us space when needed and valuable input when required. Our trip was trimmed because of his diligence and hard work! But that wasn't all. After our offer was accepted, he kept on working. And working. And working. He did things for an out of state buyer that completely put us at ease and made the entire transition ridiculously easy. Even after we moved in, we called him about another potential business property, and he showed up to give us the complete run through, along with some incredibly valuable information about the properties and valuations in the area. What can I say? If you have need for a residential or commercial real estate agent, this is your man. Make sure he's on your shortlist of potentials.
