I had a very positive experience with Hyacinth. I do not live in South Carolina, so an informal meeting was arranged, as she was recommended to me by a former client. She was very informative, and gave me a summery of what needed to be done to make the house saleable. We made a tour of the property, and shook hands on my choosing her as my Realtor. I was kept informed of the progress being made, and the necessary documents that needed to be completed. She was very professional, as well as knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.

Lisa worked with me on getting a price point that worked for me as well as in the school zone I was wanting. She got back to me with any questions I had pretty quickly, and being a first time home buyer I had a ton. From the time I started looking to signing the papers it took 2 months and it was during the beginning of the pandemic.
