We were first time buyers ,Dexter was recommended by a long time friend and realtor! My wife and I both had ideas of what we wanted. Our list was quite long ! One thing we didn't want was a HOA ! Dexter went above and beyond to schedule inspections , find answers if he didn't know off hand! Our hunt went to the far reaches of the area and back a few times! We were told that "word of mouth" is the best way that we could thank Dexter Gates ,we could not have asked for a better realtor! Dexter is definitely a package deal! By that I mean he keeps you informed as to what's going on. If you need advice he will give it but ultimately letting you make up your own mind. He is honest.
