Nothing but good things to say about Ms. Offnick, had never been involved with selling a home and was concerned about all the stories I had heard about real estate agents. Must say that she was very professional, was able to understand my needs and worked with me to put together a logical and comprehensive plan to market my property. After the sale had been completed, I discovered that the lawyer representing the buyer in closing had made a very big mistake in my favor. I notified Ms. Offnick of the situation and she was able to get the mistake corrected. Her comments regarding the situation were, " I want to be fair to both parties in any property sale" . If you have need of a real estate agent, Ms. Offnick shoulf certainly be considered.

If there were six stars available, she would get them! I met Christi about 5 years ago when we were neighbors, and she struck me as a real "Go Get'er", and she is! Christi keeps her ear to the ground and knows real estate. Listing my home with Christi, it sold faster than I thought it would in this tough market, but she got the job done. The next time I'm in the market to buy or sell a home, Christi is the first person I will call. Thank you, Christi!

Dena was incredibly helpful and SO patient while we spent hours trying to decide which house would be ours. She never rushed us, gave us space when needed and valuable input when required. We appreciate all the effort she put into assisting us. She joined us at our closing and made arrangements for our Charleston contact to join us as well. I cannot recommend her enough!

Very hands on Relator, we have bought a home and sold a home through Dustin. Very efficient and he had our home under contract in 56 days!! Wouldn't recommend anyone else!!
